Suitable for any level - This class has segments that will comfortably challenge the participant and can be modified to any ability. Emphasis on proper techniques and options for increasing effort are offered for this class focuses on creating the strength and techniques to master traditional yoga poses. More advanced poses like sun salutes and some ventures into backbends, crow pose and handstands as well as other challenging yoga poses however all are welcome and techniques can be modified and adapted to suit the less advanced student who wishes to grow into the practice. This class focuses on small, less talked about aspects of postural alignment in the poses as well as a strength building aspect. All taught in slow mindful movement, with elements of recuperative, restorative and a deep relaxation. Come learn a sustainable practice that will serve you for your entire life, in a beautiful setting.
